  When an agent leaves, their listings move to you. When you remove one, you choose who on the team takes them over. Nothing walks out of the door with them.

Your branding, not ours

How seats work

The team is managed from the Team page on your dashboard. You're the master admin, and you don't take a seat.

• 10 agents included

  Every seated agent is covered by your subscription. They can't be charged for a plan of their own while they're on your team.

• Extra seats at $35/mo, or $350/yr

  Add them whenever you need them. More seats are charged now for the rest of the period; fewer are credited at your next renewal. A seat in use can't be removed until its agent leaves.

• Invite by email

  An invitation holds a seat for 14 days. The agent signs in, or creates an account, with that address and accepts — they need nothing from you but the email.

• Buyers reach your agents directly

  Each listing shows the agent's own phone and email under your brokerage's name, and enquiries go to the agent who listed it.

• One brokerage per agent

  An agent can belong to one team at a time. Joining yours means leaving any other, and ending a subscription of their own first.

• If the plan ends

  Your agents go back to Free along with you. Listings above the free 3 are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you subscribe again.

Paste it on your own site and it takes buyers straight to your profile here. It's served live from us, so it's gold for as long as your plan is, and shows the blue check once you're verified. Pick the style that suits your site.

  A square post and a story for every listing, leading with whatever's true today — Just listed, Price reduced — and a caption ready to paste.

  A 3.5 × 2 in card with a QR code to your profile, print-ready on Letter or A4. Free on every plan, like the signs.

• What it really costs to buy

  For 42 markets, the listing works out the taxes and fees a buyer will pay on top of your price — the question they'd otherwise ask you first.

• Citizenship by investment

  A property in an approved project shows up for buyers searching for citizenship by investment.

• Import from a spreadsheet

  Already have your listings in a spreadsheet? Upload it as a CSV instead of typing them in again.
