No cut of your sale
We don't take a referral fee or any share of your commission — not on Free, and not on any paid plan. Enquiries come straight to you, by email and in your dashboard, and your phone and email are on the listing for buyers who'd rather call. We never sit between you and the buyer.
A print and social kit for every listing
Publish a listing and it already has a PDF brochure, a yard sign, a sign rider, a window card, and a square post and a story for social media, each made from what you entered — plus a business card with a QR code to your profile. On Premium Partner and Brokerage, once you've added your agency's name or logo, all of it carries your brand instead of ours, and Brokerage puts your logo on every listing card too.
Closing costs, answered before they ask
Listings in 42 Caribbean markets show a foreign buyer what they'll pay on top of your price — transfer tax, stamp duty, any licence a foreigner needs, legal fees — with every figure sourced and dated. The question most buyers would open with is answered before they get in touch.

The verified check means we've confirmed who you are and that you work as an agent, somewhere anyone can look — and where a reviewer could check your licence, that's shown too. It isn't part of any plan: paid plans include the review, not the result, and on Free the review costs $26, refunded in full if you're not approved.
What the check meansSeen in other destinations too
Buyers often weigh several destinations at once, so your listings appear beyond their own: under comparable listings in other destinations, in the rows showing what the same budget buys elsewhere, and on destinations with few listings of their own. Only where they genuinely match, the same sale or rental at a similar price. Among those, paid plans come first, labelled Promoted.

Foreign buyers need a licence
Non-citizens need an Alien Landholding Licence, costing 5% of the property value and obtained through the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs. Buying through the Citizenship by Investment programme follows a separate route.
