What you get

It's yours for as long as your founding rate is. Cancel, and it goes back to your plan's own badge.

The small print, in full

• The rate. The founding price shown above applies on every renewal, for as long as the subscription you took it with keeps running.
• Cancelling ends it, for good. If the subscription is cancelled — by you, or by Paddle when a card keeps failing and its retries run out — the founding rate is gone and can't be claimed again. Come back later and you pay list price. The place isn't handed to anyone else either: there are only ever 200.
• A failed payment alone doesn't. While Paddle retries a declined card, your plan and your rate stay on. Update the card and nothing changes.
• Who can claim. One place per account, on Professional or Premium Partner. Brokerage and team accounts aren't included. If you already pay for a plan, get in touch and we'll move it to the founding rate while places last.
• Changing plan. Moving up from Professional to Premium Partner keeps the founding rate — switch from your dashboard. Brokerage is billed at list price.
• Everything else. The terms of service and listing rules apply as normal. The founding rate doesn't exempt a listing from moderation.

The verified badge is not included

It is not part of this offer, and it is not for sale at any price. Founding members go to the front of the verification queue, but the check still has to pass — that is the only thing on this site that tells a buyer anything, and it stops meaning it the moment it can be bought.
